2. Purpose of the Service
FRP Taveras acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, affiliated platforms, and other international suppliers).
Our mission is to facilitate the search, booking, and management of travel services in a secure, transparent, and reliable manner.
3. Platform Registration and Use
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or making a reservation.
FRP Taveras reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking in cases of false information, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
Users are responsible for the proper use of the platform and for maintaining the confidentiality of their information.
4. Bookings, Payments, and Confirmations
All displayed rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment and issuance of the corresponding receipt.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, Skrill, and Google Pay.
Change, cancellation, and refund policies depend on the service provider (airline, hotel, etc.) and will be communicated prior to confirmation.
5. Liability
FRP Taveras is not responsible for delays, cancellations, baggage losses, weather events, immigration decisions, or any circumstances beyond our control.
FRP Taveras’ liability is limited to the services contracted directly through our agency.
In the case of combined packages or affiliate services, the user agrees to the individual policies of each associated provider.
6. Affiliations and Partnerships
FRP Taveras maintains strategic partnerships with international travel platforms such as Expedia Partner Solutions, Aviators, TripAdvisor, and others, with the goal of expanding the options available to our clients.
Any service booked through these alliances will also be governed by the terms and conditions of the external provider.
7. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
All content, design, logos, texts, images, and materials found on our platform are the property of FRP Taveras and are protected under Dominican Republic copyright and intellectual property laws.
Reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Additionally, FRP Taveras is authorized to use images, videos, or promotional material provided by or related to hotels, villas, resorts, or affiliated companies with which we maintain agreements, exclusively for marketing and promotional purposes across digital media and social platforms.
8. Data Protection
All user data is treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for purposes related to the provision of travel services.
FRP Taveras complies with Law No. 172-13 on Personal Data Protection of the Dominican Republic.
9. Modifications
FRP Taveras may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notification through our website or official channels.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updates.
10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the National District.
